My name is Kirk Keogh and I am a photographer in Boise, Idaho. I am a sole proprietor. The primary purpose of my website is to market myself and the services that I offer.

Images that appear on my website are available for purchase as custom prints and for stock use. Images on my stock list are also available for purchase and use as stock images. I only accept checks or money orders as methods of payment. I do not accept credit cards or other forms of payment. The only financial data I collect is your name, address, and check/money order information. The data collected is for billing purposes only.

I do not sell or share my customer list with other photographers, businesses, or marketing services. If you have a request/service that I cannot fill, or unable to, I will refer the appropriate individuals/businesses to you if I believe they can fulfill your needs.
